Finding a setting

Preferences: three shortcuts on top, the areas Club, Screens and System and data on the left, the settings of the chosen area on the right
Three areas, a search, and shortcuts to what a TD opens most.

Club

Club: name and currency, the languages, numbers and rotation, player names
Who the club is, and how its numbers and names look.

Club page & website widget

Club page and website widget: link this PC, the widget with its preview, the club's details, what the club page shows, the regular playing nights
Your club on FeltTD.com, and a live clock for your own website.
  1. Link this PC once (with internet). The club gets a page on FeltTD.com and a widget address, and publishing is switched on: the page fills in at once. The Publish switch turns it off and on; switched off, what was published is taken down at once (without internet: as soon as it is back) and the page and the widget say so.
  2. Website widget: which tournament it follows (Automatic: the one that is running), which figures visitors see (the clock and the blinds always), and the look (Classic dark or Clean light). The preview beside it is drawn exactly as the website will. Copy code gives what to paste once into your website: the widget, and under it a small line “Live tournament clock by FeltTD” with a link to FeltTD, which you may leave out.
  3. Your club: address, phone, email, website and a few words. An empty field is not shown.
The club's details, what the club page shows, and the regular playing nights with a time and a name for Friday and Sunday
The club's details and its regular nights, as the club page shows them.
  4. On the club page: the next game and what is coming up, recent results and history, ClubIQ (the strength of the playing field, never a rating of the venue), and winners' names as Luc G. or no names.
  5. Regular playing nights: a start time per weekday, a tournament setup from the Library (its buy-in, stack, levels and late registration go on the page) and a name.

Every change is saved as it is made, and goes out within seconds (every 10 seconds while a tournament runs, else every minute). Only what the page shows leaves this PC: no full names, player lists, stacks or payments. Unlink this PC deletes the club's page; linking again gives new addresses. A new club page shows straight away by its address; the public list of poker rooms on FeltTD.com shows it once FeltTD has checked it.

Special formats

Special formats: Lucky bust, enabled, every 13th bust, the prize
Lucky bust: every 13th player out wins something.

Screen templates

Template studio: the template library on the left, a live preview of the TV in the middle, the template's colours on the right
Choose a look, see it on every view, then tune its colours.
  1. Template library: nine looks (Aurora, Grandstand, Signal, Heritage, Classic, Signature, and Motion versions with a slow glow). IN USE marks the one on the screens. Clicking a card only previews it.
  2. The live preview is the real TV with sample data: CLOCK, SEATING, PRIZES, PODIUM, RANKING, BLINDS, LOBBY, TABLE TALK, ANNOUNCEMENT, CASH STRIP and BUST + QR. Open full preview shows it full size.
  3. The template's own controls: Accent, Room, Text, Panels (and the two glow colours of a Motion look), each with DEFAULT. Text that is hard to read on the room colour gets a warning. Some looks take a background image (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB).
  4. USE THIS TEMPLATE (or SAVE for the look in use) puts it on every screen. Keep this look stores it, colours and picture included, in the Library as a screen look.

A look from FeltTD Studio arrives as a file through the Library; while it is on the screens, the page says so, and choosing a template puts a template back.

Status messages

Status messages: ten states with their words, placement and colour, quick announcements with keys, the chip-up warning
The room's words, in the club's own wording and colours.

Table Talk

Table Talk: the topics with examples from the club's history, where it speaks, and how often
Facts from your own history, said on the big screen.

Screens & floor

Screens and floor: the HDMI screen, a network screen with its QR, and the connected screens with what each one shows
Connect the TVs, and choose what each one shows.

Automation

Automation with FeltTD's sounds: a bust rule opened, only before the final table, with four sounds of which one plays each time
When this happens, play that: one of four bust lines, only before the final table.

Media library

Media library: drop files to upload, the list of sounds with play and delete
The sounds and clips Automation plays.

Voice studio

Voice studio: the ElevenLabs key, the voice, delivery and language, the line with its tags
Announcer clips, made once with internet and played offline.
  1. Your own ElevenLabs API key (from elevenlabs.io › Profile), then SAVE KEY. It stays on the tournament PC; an empty field keeps the saved key; Remove key takes it away.
  2. LOAD VOICES and pick one; the Delivery (Announcer, Natural, Steady) and the Language.
  3. Write the line (up to 500 characters), or start from one of the poker lines. Tags in brackets, such as [excited], steer how it is said.
  4. GENERATE, listen, and SAVE TO MEDIA: the clip is evened out to a steady loudness and kept as a WAV in the Media library. Use for an announcement drafts an Automation rule with it; check it and press SAVE EVENTS.

Making a clip needs internet; playing it never does.

Devices & access

Devices and access: this computer's name and address, the tournament code, paired devices, the floor QR and joining a tournament on another computer
Who may control the tournament, and with which rights.

Tournament files

Tournament files: the folder for the .felt files, and the recovery copy with its folder, how many days and its state
A file per tournament, and a second copy elsewhere.

Live data & integrations

Live data and integrations: switches, a file and a URL, player info and how often
For a club website or another program that reads the live tournament.

Player & seating rules

Player and seating rules: a seat restriction for one player and two players kept apart
The wheelchair seat, the two who should not share a table.
