Summary

The night in figures: who is left, what came in, where the chips are, what happened at every level, the payouts and the results. It only shows; nothing is changed here.

The figures

On top: Players left, the Prize pool (no rake) (with the house contribution, when there is one) and Total collected (the pool plus the rake). Below them:

• Registration: Buy-ins (players who paid), Registered, not paid, Rebuys (re-entries included) and Add-ons. Anyone let in after closing is named here.
• Money: the Rake (all fees), the Pot remaining (what is still to be paid out) and, with bounties, the Bounty side pot on the tables. Bounties are never part of the prize pool.
• Chips: the Avg stack and the Chips in play: every chip sold tonight (stacks, bonuses, rebuys, add-ons and the chip adjustment). The check against counted chips is on the Tables tab.
• Bounties (with bounties): paid to whoever took players out, still on heads, and busts without a name, still to give out. With PKO the eliminator gets the cash share and the rest goes onto their own head; the winner collects their own head at the end.
• Hits (when eliminations are tracked): the three players who took out the most.

Activity by level

One column per level, ☕ for a break: green bars for buy-ins, amber for rebuys, red for busts, counted at the level the clock was on. Hover a column for its blinds. While the tournament runs, the current level is highlighted. A buy-in or rebuy taken back, or a bust undone, comes off its bar again.

Payouts and results

• Payouts: every paid place with the player who finished there, and the total, with ✓ MATCHES POOL, LEFT OVER or TOO MUCH. A manual prize list is marked ✎ MANUAL.
• Results: every player out, with their place, prize and bust time. Players out in the same hand with the same stack share their places and prizes; the Results show the shared amount.

Points tonight

• What the ranking counts for tonight, per ranking profile (pick one when the club has several): the place, the points as the profile counts them, and Your figure.
• Set a player’s points with − and +, or type the number, then SAVE POINTS. The ranking takes your figure for that player on this night instead of its own count. A deal at the final table that shares the points too: give each the same figure (126 / 116 / 106 becomes 116 each). × goes back to the counted points.
• Adjusted points are saved in the night’s file and travel with it to another computer; Undo takes the change back. Only the chosen profile uses them; another profile counts its own points.
• During the night the card answers “what are my points?”: a player still in has no place yet, so no points yet.

Print results

Print results prints the result list so far on one sheet: place, player and prize, the entries and the pool, marked Final or Provisional. Allow pop-ups for FeltTD if nothing appears. The payout sheet with signatures is on the Prizes tab.

Money report

For the books of more than one night: Tools › Money report.

• Choose a period with From and to, or Today, This month, This year. A day is a club night, from six in the morning to six the next (as the cash desk counts it); a tournament counts on the night it started. Practice nights are listed with their label and counted in no total.
• On top, what the club earns, adding up: tournament fees + cash seat fees + cash drop (− house money put into prize pools) = the club kept. Buy-ins, prizes, bounties and cash-outs only pass through the club; they stand per room below.
• Tournaments: one line per night with entries, collected, fees, house, prizes and bounties paid, and a total. Practice nights and nights still open are marked.
• Cash room: per day, bought in, cashed out, fees and drop.
• CSV for the accountant (semicolons, opens in Excel), and Print.

The report is this PC's own books, so it opens on the tournament PC. Nights opened from another PC's file are not counted.
