From your template.
To the final hand.
A familiar setup, a room full of players and a night that keeps moving. Start with the regular workflow. Open the details for the formats and rules your club needs.
Start from a night
you already know.
Use your club’s template, last week’s setup or a fresh start. Set the buy-in, stack and expected finish. FeltTD can build the blind structure, ready for you to adjust.
- Players in together. Quick register handles a group of walk-ins in one window.
- Three separate facts. Registered, paid and seated each mean something different.
- Your regular setup. Save the structure and payout model for next time.

Keep the floor moving.
Start the clock. Record a bust or a rebuy from the desk or a floor phone. When the tables become uneven, FeltTD offers a move. When a table can close, you check the new seats before the room sees them.
- The clock stays close. Pause, adjust a minute or move a level from the top bar.
- The bubble gets attention. Hand-for-hand and table warnings help you follow the room.
- A wrong action? Undo it and the positions follow the corrected record.

The field changes.
The prizes follow.
More entries can mean more paid places. The prize table follows your payout model and rounding step. At the final table, compare ICM and chip chop, show a proposal on the TV and book the agreed amounts.
- Checked against the pool. See whether the prize table balances.
- Ready for the treasurer. Print payouts with a signature line per place.
- Ready for next week. Keep the results, the setup and the league standings.

A regular night.
Or something bigger.
Multi-day events
Several flights, one event. Bagging, qualification and the shared pool stay connected through the later days.
Satellites
Set the ticket value and the target event. Tickets and any cash remainder follow the pool.
Bounties & mixed games
Knockouts, PKO, mystery bounty, rebuys, add-ons and a game per level: choose what your event needs.
The details, when you need them.
Open a topic. Keep the rest out of the way.
Three steps. Or “same as last time”.
Every tournament starts in Events, a plain one-night tournament too. Choose a starting point: a new setup, a template, the club’s last night, or a saved night. Fill in the name, buy-in and stack, say when you want to be done and how many players you expect, and FeltTD builds a blind structure that ends around that time, then tells you what it made.
- Start now with the clock stopped, or plan it for a date and time: the lobby counts down to it.
- Ready for tonight on the Tournament tab checks blinds, prizes, seats and the room screen. Nothing on it blocks the start.
- Templates for setups, blinds and payouts, kept in the club’s library, shared between clubs as a file.
Simple for the regular night. Deep when you need it.
Buy-in, rake and starting stack, with a line that says what reaches the pot. Rebuys and add-ons each have a switch that locks once money went through it. Late registration closes at an hour or after a level. Behind “Advanced”: several buy-in options with their own price, rake, bounty and stack, chip bonuses, house money added to the pool, a chip adjustment for the count.
- Bounties as a whole knockout or progressive (PKO) with a cash share.
- Prices changed after people paid? Keep the existing deals or apply to everyone; FeltTD shows the difference first.
- Reset keeps buy-ins and seats, registrations only, or nothing.
Register, buy in, seat. Three facts, not one.
A player is registered (on the list, not paid), paid (counts for the pool), and seated (has a table and a seat), and FeltTD shows each separately. Type a name and press Buy-in; a name it does not know is created in the club database on the spot. Twenty at the door? F2 opens Quick register: tick them as they come, Buy-in now, Auto-seat, register all. The window stays open for the next walk-in.
- Groups pre-register the regulars in one click.
- Seat slips and receipts print from the player’s row.
- After closing time, “Let in anyway” admits one player and marks them late in the report.
One top bar. Every screen follows.
Press Start and the clock runs on the TV, on every network screen and on the floor phones. From then on the top bar of the manager holds it: pause, a minute more or less, the next level, and the last action beside it, one click to take back. The TV views are a click away: clock, lobby, seats, blinds, ranking, chips, prizes, podium.
- Blinds while running: edit a level and the TV shows it at once; the time left now is never touched.
- Chip-up flagged on a break: the screen says so five minutes before.
- Keys: F2 register, F3 unbust, F4 clear the TV, F6 pause, F7/F8 a minute, Ctrl+arrows a level.
Busts and tables, watched for you.
Bust a player and FeltTD asks who made the elimination (needed for bounties), and offers Rebuy instead while the player still can. Two out in the same hand: the bigger stack at the start of the hand finishes higher. FeltTD watches the tables: uneven by two or more and it says so, with Auto move; a table that can be broken gets a Break button.
- The break planner draws new seats as a suggestion. Pick up, swap, set aside, redraw, then confirm. The TV shows the new seats for two minutes while the clock keeps running.
- Seat locks for a wheelchair, blocked seats for a broken chair, seating rules that keep two players apart. Warnings in amber, never blocks.
- Chip counts typed as 48.5k, with who leads and whether the total matches the chips sold.
- Hand-for-hand appears on the bubble, stops the clock, and ends by itself when the bubble bursts.
The prize table follows the field.
Automatic prizes use a payout model with entry ranges: more players, more places paid, always adding up to the pool to the cent, rounded to your step (5 by default). The FeltTD standard model comes built in, paying 12.5 to 15% of the field; save your own beside it. Manual mode is for deals, a paid bubble or fixed amounts, and every tab warns when the prizes no longer match the pool.
- Pot forecast: what does first get if we hit forty? Only in that window; the TV always shows the real pot.
- Deals: ICM and chip chop side by side for up to twelve players, shown on the TV, booked as prizes in one click.
- Print sheet with a signature line per place, marked final or provisional.
One player left. The TV shows the winner.
The tournament finishes by itself. Then: the summary with every figure of the night, the printed payouts, a replay in the time machine, and the ranking that already counts it. An error found a day later? “Correct this night” reopens it. Copy it as next week’s tournament, structure only or with the players.
- Undo, always. Jump back up to three actions; if another device acted in between, FeltTD refuses rather than undo someone else’s work.
- Restore a moment rewinds the night to any point, after writing a rescue copy first.
- A played night is closed, never deleted.
Multi-day events, satellites and parallel tournaments
Flights can stop after a level or at a share of the field, with rules for a player who bags more than once. Day 2 carries the qualified stacks and the event’s money. Satellites award tickets toward a target event, with an optional cash remainder. Run up to five tournaments at once, with the cash room alongside them.
Tools for the night
Structure generator, chips bank, mystery bounty suggestions and a deal calculator. Search the TDA rules and show a rule on the TV. The lobby QR lets a player join the registration list; you still take the buy-in.
Bringing your old club records
Import players, blind structures and played nights from supported files from your old software. The database and league can start with the club’s existing history.
Now put it on the floor.
The TV, the announcer and the phone in your floor staff’s hands.
